Motivational Interviewing

The Motivational Interviewing (MI) program is tailored for employees who frequently interact with customers and are responsible for delivering exceptional, customer-centric experiences. The learning process introduces practitioners to a counseling approach that supports them by empowering individuals they serve to embark on positive life changes. It equips them with the tools to become open-minded, active listeners who can leverage individuals’ inherent strengths and resources effectively, fostering a supportive and empowering environment. 

By mastering this conversational technique, nonprofit professionals at all levels will cultivate a collaborative, respectful, and person-centered approach that significantly boosts autonomy, self-efficacy, and readiness for change The program encourages employees to actively participate in their learning journey, blending lectures, facilitation, large group discussions, and role-play exercises.  

The Conscious Caring Leader (CCL4) program is an intensive three to nine-month peer group experience for non-profit junior and senior managers who want to strengthen their leadership ability while achieving personal growth and empowerment. Geared towards fostering self-assured and assertive professionals, the program enables participants to confidently take full ownership of their decisions and actions while shedding self-doubt and limiting beliefs.

Through CCL4, individuals embark on a profound growth process that shapes their leadership perspective, cultivating a resilient mindset that drives proactive self-advocacy and meaningful human connections, thereby supporting them to maximize their strengths, insights, and resources for career advancement. 

The CCL4 program encompasses a comprehensive training package, peer coaching, and personalized leadership consulting. It infuses research-backed concepts, strategic insights, and real-world scenarios into the learning journey, focusing on nurturing the four fundamental requirements of a CCL.

New Level Presence

The virtual workshop series New Level Presence empowers women to raise their standards and stop settling for less than they deserve. Participants will find a supportive and compassionate environment that encourages deep self-awareness and transformative growth by understanding their experiences with low self-esteem, imposter syndrome, and behaviors that undermine their success. 

This workshop series is perfect if you want to level up in one or more areas of your life and break free from insecurities and limiting beliefs.
