As the workshop concludes, attendees will leave with a concrete strategy to implement the principles of Motivational Interviewing when they return to their offices. They will be equipped to apply their newly acquired skills effectively in real-world scenarios, facilitating meaningful and lasting change by:

The Conscious Caring Leader (CCL4) program is an intensive three to nine-month peer group experience for non-profit junior and senior managers who want to strengthen their leadership ability while achieving personal growth and empowerment. Geared towards fostering self-assured and assertive professionals, the program enables participants to confidently take full ownership of their decisions and actions while shedding self-doubt and limiting beliefs.

Through CCL4, individuals embark on a profound growth process that shapes their leadership perspective, cultivating a resilient mindset that drives proactive self-advocacy and meaningful human connections, thereby supporting them to maximize their strengths, insights, and resources for career advancement. 

The CCL4 program encompasses a comprehensive training package, peer coaching, and personalized leadership consulting. It infuses research-backed concepts, strategic insights, and real-world scenarios into the learning journey, focusing on nurturing the four fundamental requirements of a CCL. This fusion of resources is designed to empower every participant, allowing them to:

#1 Be a Free Thinker

Leaders value individuality and independent thought in themselves and others. They challenge assumptions and conventional wisdom by fostering a culture of intellectual curiosity and being open-minded, adaptable, and innovative to achieve their objectives.

#2 Be Solution-Focused

Leaders see problems as opportunities to explore the issue, resolve what isn't working and focus on purposeful, positive changes. They also seek diverse perspectives to inform decision-making and emphasize improvement and quick wins.

#3 Be Self-Aware

Leaders deeply understand their strengths, weaknesses, values, and emotions. They can recognize their biases and limitations and are willing to learn and grow from feedback and criticism. And when challenged, uses self-regulation techniques to change emotional triggers quickly.

#4 Be Influential

Leaders can inspire and motivate others to take action toward a common goal. They also encourage others to be in their power and evolve as conscious, caring leaders by focusing on their strengths, aspirations, and resources to drive change and achieve significant results.

Program Activities:

Learners will participate in various activities, including lectures, assessments and surveys, one-on-one coaching, workshops, group discussions, case studies, and simulations covering multiple leadership topics, including emotional intelligence, effective communication, self-care and resilience, team building and collaboration, problem-solving, and decision-making, time and project management.

Solution-based lessons related to bias, race, power, diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace will be a component of the experience.

Participants will also establish learning goals and track their progress by using a personal development path to nurture pertinent skill sets and implement plans that transform knowledge into impact.

The specific content of the CCL4 program will increase participants' capacity to:
