Refund, Cancellation & Booking Policy
Effective Date: July 29, 2026
This Refund, Cancellation & Booking Policy explains the policies applicable to programs, group training, workshops, coaching, consulting, and other paid services provided by Tirza Motivates, LLC (“Tirza Motivates,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Because different programs may have different schedules, participation requirements, and enrollment structures, the specific terms presented during registration or checkout may supplement this policy.
General Policy
Please review the program description, registration information, price, schedule, and applicable terms carefully before completing a purchase.
By completing a purchase or registration, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted the applicable terms.
Unless a specific program or written agreement states otherwise, payments are subject to the policies below.
Group Cohort and Program Registrations
Enrollment in a limited-seat cohort or group program reserves a place in that learning experience.
Because these programs are planned around a defined number of participants, facilitators, session dates, materials, and resources, group cohort registrations are non-refundable once purchased, except where a refund is required by applicable law or Tirza Motivates expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
Conscious Caring Leadership Cohort Transfers
For the Conscious Caring Leadership Cohort, a participant who is unable to attend may request one of the following transfer options:
- Transfer to a Future Cohort
A participant may request to transfer their registration one time to a future Conscious Caring Leadership Cohort.
The request must be submitted in writing at least 14 days before the start of the program.
A future-cohort transfer is subject to availability and is not guaranteed if a suitable future cohort is unavailable.
- Transfer to Another Participant
A participant may request to transfer their registration to another participant from the same organization.
The transfer must be approved in writing by Tirza Motivates before the first session begins.
The replacement participant must agree to comply with all applicable program terms and requirements.
- After the Cohort Begins
Once the cohort has begun, registrations cannot be transferred to another participant or credited toward a future cohort unless Tirza Motivates agrees otherwise in writing.
Missed Group Sessions
The value of a group program includes the live learning experience, facilitator participation, peer interaction, program materials, and access to applicable resources.
If you miss a live session:
- Please notify the program team as soon as reasonably possible.
- A recording may be made available through the applicable Kajabi program or resource hub.
- Presentation materials and applicable resources may also be provided.
- You are responsible for reviewing the recording and materials before the next session.
- You are responsible for completing applicable reflection activities or assignments associated with the missed session.
Missing a live session does not create a right to a refund, partial refund, credit, or individual make-up session.
Certificate of Completion
Participants seeking a Certificate of Completion must satisfy the applicable completion requirements.
Unless the specific cohort materials state otherwise, participants must:
- Attend at least 5 of the 6 live sessions
- Complete required reflection activities
- Review the recording and materials for any missed session
Tirza Motivates reserves the right to update completion requirements for future cohorts. The requirements applicable to your cohort will be communicated during enrollment or the program.
1-on-1 Coaching and Consulting Appointments
Individual coaching, consulting, and other one-on-one appointments are reserved specifically for the scheduled participant.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to request a rescheduling of a one-on-one session.
Requests submitted less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be treated as a late cancellation or no-show and may result in forfeiture of the session fee.
Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and do not guarantee that the same appointment time or date will be available.
Late Arrival
If you arrive late to a scheduled one-on-one session, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time.
The session will not automatically be extended because of a late arrival.
If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior communication, the appointment may be treated as a no-show and the session fee may be forfeited.
No-Shows
Failure to attend a scheduled one-on-one appointment without providing the required notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee.
A no-show does not automatically create a right to a replacement appointment.
Any exception is at the discretion of Tirza Motivates.
Technical Problems
Participants are responsible for having a reasonable internet connection and compatible device or software needed to participate in virtual sessions.
If you experience a technical problem, contact Tirza Motivates as soon as possible.
If the technical issue is caused by Tirza Motivates, Zoom, Kajabi, or another service provider, Tirza Motivates will make reasonable efforts to address the issue.
Technical difficulties originating from a participant’s device, internet connection, software, equipment, or local network do not automatically create a right to a refund, credit, or replacement session.
Payment Plans
Where a program offers a payment plan, the applicable checkout page will identify the payment amount, schedule, and other material payment terms.
By selecting a payment plan, you authorize the applicable payment method to be charged according to the schedule presented during checkout.
Payment plans represent an agreement to pay the applicable purchase price according to the selected schedule. Failure to attend sessions does not automatically cancel remaining payment obligations.
If a scheduled payment fails, Tirza Motivates may suspend access to the applicable program or service until the payment issue is resolved, subject to applicable law.
Refunds
Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise in the applicable program’s registration terms, group cohort and program registrations are non-refundable.
Because Tirza Motivates currently focuses its paid online offerings on live programs, workshops, group training, and one-on-one services, this policy does not currently establish a separate refund period for self-paced digital courses.
If Tirza Motivates introduces a self-paced course or another digital product in the future, the applicable checkout page and purchase terms will state the refund policy applicable to that offering.
Cancellation by Tirza Motivates
Tirza Motivates reserves the right to cancel, postpone, reschedule, modify, or discontinue a program or session when reasonably necessary due to circumstances including insufficient enrollment, facilitator availability, illness, emergencies, technology issues, venue or platform issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If Tirza Motivates cancels a program before it begins, we will communicate the available options to affected participants, which may include rescheduling, transferring enrollment, or receiving a refund where appropriate.
Recordings and Program Replays
Group sessions may be recorded and made available through the applicable Kajabi program or resource hub.
A participant’s absence from a live session does not create a right to a refund where a recording or other applicable program resources are provided.
Participants may not copy, download, redistribute, publish, sell, or share recordings with unauthorized individuals.
Recordings may include participant voices, images, video, names, questions, comments, or other participation.
By joining a session identified as being recorded, you acknowledge that your participation may be captured in the recording. Zoom may also provide its own recording notification and consent mechanism.
Where Tirza Motivates intends to use identifiable participant participation publicly for marketing, advertising, promotional, social media, website, or sales purposes, the applicable media consent or release provisions in the Terms and Conditions will apply.
Marketing Media Consent
Tirza Motivates may use participant recordings, images, voices, comments, testimonials, or other identifiable participation for marketing and promotional purposes when the participant has provided the applicable consent or media-release authorization.
If you do not wish your identifiable participation to be used for future public marketing or promotional purposes, contact:
info@TirzaMotivates.com
Please submit any opt-out request before the applicable session whenever reasonably possible.
An opt-out request applies to future uses and does not necessarily require Tirza Motivates to remove material that has already been published, distributed, or incorporated into completed marketing materials, except where required by applicable law or separately agreed to in writing.
Exceptions Required by Law
Nothing in this policy is intended to eliminate or restrict rights that cannot legally be waived.
Where applicable law provides a mandatory cancellation, refund, consumer protection, or other right that conflicts with this policy, the applicable law will control.
