Confidentiality and Respect for Participants
Tirza Motivates is committed to creating learning environments that support safety, trust, privacy, reflection, and meaningful participation.
Participants are expected to maintain the confidentiality of information shared by other participants.
This includes personal stories, experiences, identities, workplace circumstances, personal information, challenges, opinions, and other information that a reasonable person would understand to be private or confidential.
Participants may not share, publish, forward, reproduce, or otherwise disclose another participant’s confidential information outside the applicable learning environment without that person’s permission.
Participants should also avoid recording, photographing, screenshotting, or otherwise capturing other participants or private group discussions unless expressly authorized.
Tirza Motivates cannot guarantee that every participant will comply with these requirements. Participants should therefore use appropriate judgment when deciding what personal information to disclose during group sessions.
Educational and Informational Content
Information, recommendations, discussions, opinions, exercises, examples, and other content presented through our programs are provided for general educational and informational purposes.
Nothing presented through our programs is intended to constitute legal, medical, mental health, psychiatric, financial, investment, accounting, tax, or other professional advice.
Nothing presented through our programs should be treated as a substitute for consultation with an appropriately licensed or qualified professional.
Nothing presented through our programs constitutes an endorsement of a particular product, service, opinion, method, or third-party provider unless expressly stated.

Participants are expected to contribute to a respectful and productive learning environment.
Participants may not engage in conduct that includes:

- Conduct that materially interferes with the learning experience of others
We reserve the right to remove a participant from a session, suspend participation, or terminate access to a program when reasonably necessary to protect participants, facilitators, the learning environment, our intellectual property, or the operation of the program.
Live Sessions and Attendance
Some programs include live virtual sessions conducted through Zoom.
Participants are expected to attend scheduled sessions on time and participate respectfully.
If you cannot attend a session, you should notify the program team as soon as reasonably possible.
Where a recording is available, a missed session may be made available through the applicable Kajabi program or resource area.
Unless the applicable program’s written terms state otherwise, missed sessions do not create a right to a refund, credit, replacement session, or individual make-up session.
Participants are responsible for reviewing available recordings, materials, and assignments associated with sessions they miss.
Session Recordings
Live sessions may be recorded for educational, administrative, replay, documentation, promotional, or marketing purposes.
Zoom may display a recording notification and request participant consent when recording begins or when a participant joins an already-recorded session.
By participating in a recorded session, you acknowledge that your voice, image, video, name, comments, questions, or other participation may appear in the recording.
Program Replay Use
Recordings may be made available to participants enrolled in the applicable program for educational and replay purposes.
Participants may not download, copy, redistribute, publish, sell, or otherwise share program recordings with unauthorized individuals.
Marketing and Promotional Use
Tirza Motivates may use portions of recorded sessions, participant statements, images, video, voice, or other identifiable participation for legitimate marketing, promotional, advertising, educational, website, social media, or sales purposes where the participant has provided the applicable consent or media-release authorization.
Where a participant does not wish to have their identifiable participation used for public marketing or promotional purposes, they may submit an opt-out request to:
info@TirzaMotivates.com
Opt-out requests should be submitted before the applicable session whenever reasonably possible.
An opt-out from future marketing use does not necessarily require Tirza Motivates to remove material that has already been published or distributed, except where removal is required by applicable law or separately agreed to in writing.
Program Materials and Participant Contributions
Participants may be invited to submit reflections, comments, assignments, questions, testimonials, feedback, or other contributions during a program.
You retain ownership of your original personal content, subject to any separate written agreement.
By submitting feedback or other content specifically for publication, testimonial, educational, or promotional use, you grant Tirza Motivates the rights necessary to use that content for the purpose for which it was submitted, subject to any consent or release that applies.
Do not submit confidential information belonging to another person or organization unless you are authorized to do so.
Certificates of Completion
Where a program offers a Certificate of Completion, the applicable program description or enrollment materials will identify the requirements for receiving the certificate.
For the Conscious Caring Leadership Cohort, participants must satisfy the applicable attendance, reflection, and recording-review requirements established for the cohort.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, completion certificates are issued based on the program’s stated completion requirements and are not professional licenses, academic degrees, or government-issued credentials.
Payments
Program and service fees are displayed during the applicable registration or checkout process.
Payments may be processed through Kajabi Payments.
Where a payment plan is offered, the applicable checkout page will identify the payment amount, payment schedule, and other material payment terms.
You authorize the applicable payment method to be charged according to the payment terms you accepted during checkout.
If a payment fails, Tirza Motivates may restrict or suspend access to the applicable program or service until the account is brought current, subject to applicable law and the applicable purchase terms.
Refunds, cancellations, transfers, and rescheduling are governed by our Refund, Cancellation & Booking Policy.

Our programs may depend on third-party services, including Kajabi, Zoom, payment-processing infrastructure, email systems, analytics services, and other technology providers.
We do not control the operation, availability, security, or policies of third-party platforms.
Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their separate terms and privacy policies.
Service Availability
We make reasonable efforts to provide reliable access to our website and programs.
However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Service interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical problems, internet outages, third-party platform issues, security incidents, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Termination and Access Restrictions
We may suspend or terminate access to a program or service if a participant:
- Violates these Terms
- Violates applicable law
- Shares unauthorized access credentials
- Infringes our intellectual property rights
- Discloses confidential participant information
- Engages in prohibited conduct
- Fails to make required payments
- Attempts to misuse our website, programs, or technology
Termination does not eliminate obligations that by their nature should continue after termination, including intellectual property, confidentiality, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute provisions.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tirza Motivates, LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, facilitators, coaches, consultants, representatives, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our website, programs, services, content, or third-party platforms.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection laws that may apply to you.
The parties agree that disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any dispute-resolution provisions that may apply to the specific service or purchase.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, programs, technology, or legal requirements.
The updated version will be posted on this website with a revised Effective Date.
Your continued use of our website or participation in our services after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
